  • All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, location, and customer requirements.

 

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes and estimates are non-binding until accepted in writing.

  • Pricing is subject to change based on:

    • Material costs

    • Project scope changes

    • Site conditions discovered during installation

  • Additional work requested after project approval may result in additional charges.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required prior to project commencement.

  • Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Late payments may result in:

    • Project delays

    • Additional fees

    • Suspension of services

  • We reserve the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances.

 

4. Scheduling and Delays

  • Project timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Supply chain issues

    • Unforeseen structural conditions

  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Ensure clear access to the worksite

  • Obtain any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed

  • Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment

  • Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

 

6. Installation and Workmanship

  • All work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

  • Minor variations in materials or finishes may occur due to manufacturing differences.

  • Customer approval is required for any significant deviations from agreed plans.

 

7. Warranties

  • Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary.

  • Installation workmanship may be covered under a limited warranty (if applicable).

  • Warranties do not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Improper use or maintenance

    • Damage caused by third parties or environmental factors

 

8. Returns and Cancellations

  • Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for return

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project status and materials ordered.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Northwoods Windows and Doors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

 

10. Website Use

  • When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise site security

  • Use content without permission

  • All website content is the property of TNT Design Build LLC
