Ricardo spent 20 years as an Executive Creative Director working with agencies around the world. That background shaped how he sees everything — design, detail, and the experience behind a brand. He speaks English, Spanish, and French, and brings a deep foundation in graphic, digital, and interior design to every project. He’s relentlessly focused on details, long-term relationships, and protecting one thing above all: reputation. At TNT, Ricardo leads sales and client service — ensuring every project reflects the level of care and precision the company stands for.

Gus is the engineer of the family — the technical backbone behind the systems we deliver. He brings deep expertise in structural engineering, computing systems, and database architecture. If it needs to be calculated, optimized, or improved, Gus is already three steps ahead. He’s driven by innovation — constantly refining our products, processes, and internal systems to make them smarter, more efficient, and more reliable.
